This organization is dedicated to the fair and rightful treatments of all past and current agents of World Marketing Alliance (WMA), now, World Financial Group (WFG) (See WMA/WFG Merger). With lots of bad and untold experiences of the past and current members, we want to gather all the facts to warn the public about the true story behind the company.
Don't be misled by the untrue "dream selling" and "financial independent" missions of WMA/WFG. Please write and share your experiences to tell the truth so that JUSTICE will be served.
In June 2001, World Financial Group (WFG), a subsidiary of AEGON Asset Management Services, Inc. (AAMSI), purchased "selected assets" of WMA Agency. Resulting from the asset acquisition, substantially all "qualified", licensed agents of WMA Agency are expected to move to WFG. If WMA has a good name in the Industry, why they have to change to WFG? It is another cover up!
Missing Persons Alert:
A WMA member from San Jose, CA., Ping Wang, was reported missing Dec. 9, 1999. Her unclothed and partially decomposed body was found three weeks later lying in a ditch less than 100 feet from her apartment. Pleasse read Jan. 20-26, 2000 issue of Metro, Silicon Valley's Weekly Newspaper.
Another NMD from San Gabriel, CA., Janice Lo, has been missing since Nov. 12, 1996. A $30,000 reward has been offered for information leading to her whereabouts or the arrest and conviction of those responsible for her disappearance. Please read San Gabriel Valley Tribune and LA Times articles.

Possible Class Action Litigation by San Francisco Law Firm
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: My law firm specializes in business and class action litigation. I am representing a former WMAS/WFG broker in a pending lawsuit in California. I believe that WMAS/WFG misclassified her as an independent contractor, when in fact she was an employee. Florida Law Firm Investigates Consumer Complaints of WMA
We are investigating complaints about misrepresentations in the sale of life insurance policies by World Marketing Alliance, or WMA. Some consumers have stated that they thought they were buying annuity, savings or investment plans from WMA employees. These consumers felt tricked when they learned they had purchased variable universal life insurance policies. Variable universal life insurance policies are also known as universal variable life insurance policies. While they have features that let some people believe they are investments' choices of stock mutual funds, for example, they are in reality a complex form of life insurance policy.
Many of the policies people bought were issued by Western Reserve Life Assurance Company of Ohio (WRL). World Marketing Alliance is affiliated with World Financial Group (WFG), a subsidiary of the Aegon Group of financial service and insurance companies.

XWMA Agent-Terry Koontz Gets 15 Years Prison Term!

"The judgments against the Relief Defendants, who all received ill-gotten gains from Terry Koontz, order them to pay disgorgement and prejudgment interest as follows: Marilyn Koontz -- $1,226,116; Gerodemos -- $4,229,873; Smith -- $724,865; Brooks -- $1,178,553; Emanon II -- $2,550,805.61; Koral -- $976,018.78; and Chamich -- $1,364,216.49."
"In addition to the civil enforcement action, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida (Tampa) filed criminal actions against Terry Koontz (charging him with conspiracy, securities fraud, and wire fraud) and four other individuals involved in this scheme: Stewart Koral (false statements), Joseph Papasidero (misprision of a felony), Richard J. Fulcher (mail fraud), and Jeffrey A. DeVille (securities and wire fraud). All five have pled guilty. Terry Koontz was sentenced to 15 years, eight months in prison, and Fulcher and DeVille were each sentenced to two years in prison. Koral and Papasidero were sentenced to probation. "

Lost Everything dealing with Vi Thi Nguyen (aka: Vivian Nguyen). I am looking for past or present customers of the following WMA/WFG agents; Vi Thi Nguyen, Duc Dai Duong and Solomon Evangelista. If you were sold an inappropiate or misleading policy by one of these persons, please email the information to me. I will try to help recover your losses as I also work to recover mine. This site belongs to all those who have been unfairly treated or manipulated by WMA/WFG and dare not to speak out or don't know what to do. We have been waiting for too long and it is about time to do what is RIGHT!
